Redesigning the car rental experience
As the sharing economy exploded, dozens of startup car competitors, armed with low-overhead, mobile-first, car-sharing options began eroding Avis’ stronghold on the category.
Siberia was brought on to help them rebuild their car rental experience from scratch, honing in on defining customer needs and mapping them to an experience their stack could support.
My role was to create a new user experience that was simple and beautiful, built off of user and market insights with a heightened focus across feature selection.
